4. Credits and Payments

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you input and the websites you generate. Mauqe does not claim ownership over your generated websites.

Our IP: The Mauqe platform, brand, logos, software, and underlying technology are owned by Mauqe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Websites are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your generated website before publishing. Mauqe does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for your specific purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mauqe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mauqe in the 12 months preceding the claim.
